INVITATIONS PROCESS

1. PAYMENT - order total paid upfront

2. WORDING - please send wording via email for the design proof (I’ll send over a wording guide to help!)

3. PROOF - digital proof sent within 10 working days of receipt of wording.

4. CHANGES - three rounds of changes included.

5. APPROVE -proof & final invoice payment required before print.

6. DISPATCH - within 10-15 working days

7. DELIVERY - Delivered tracked next working day within the UK

- Arch Shape Welcome Sign £130.00
- Order of Service Booklet £4.00 each (up to 8 pages) or Order of Service double sided cards £2.50 each

ON-THE-DAY PROCESS

1. BOOK - £100 deposit required. This amount is taken off your final invoice.

2. FINALISE - send your final item list and wordings/guest names no later than 6 weeks before your wedding date.

3. PROOF - digital proof sent within 1 week of receipt of wording.

4. CHANGES - three rounds of changes included.

5. APPROVE - proof & final invoice payment required before print.

6. DISPATCH - sent no later than 2 weeks prior to wedding date unless agreed otherwise.

7. DELIVERY -  tracked next working day within the UK.
